The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 — “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, acquisition and lumber spills and works in the field of seed to be carried out in the Borki Forest District in 2022. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and seed works resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ. It is envisaged for the award of contracts under Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Pzp Act, within a period of up to 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, up to 20% of the value of the basic contract for services as in the previous sentence.

Experience in the field of forest services should be demonstrated, i.e. the performance during the last 3 years of these services at an amount of not less than 300 000 gross PLN. The required technical and staffing potential is at least: 1 pull-off tractor or timber retractor, 3 pieces of combustion saws, 3 persons who have received positive training to work with the saw in accordance with par. 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 24.08.2006. on bhp when carrying out certain forestry management work (OJ No 161, item 1141) or the corresponding powers issued under the rules previously in force or the corresponding powers issued in other countries of the European Union.

It is required to dispose of an amount (or creditworthiness) of at least PLN 5 000. Experience in the field of forest services should be demonstrated, i.e. the performance of these services for an amount not less than PLN 10 000 gross in the last 3 years.
