Boligselskabet Sjælland is a social housing organisation established under the Danish Housing Act. The present tender concerns a Contract for Laundry Operations for Boligselskabet Sjælland's 81 housing departments, located on Zealand. There is an option for the affiliation of several communal laundries if new housing departments with laundries are created or admitted during the Contract Period under the Contracting Entity's administration, where similar operations are desired.
With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to entrust all laundry operations to one professional operator. Laundry operation means that all installation, assembly, operation, ongoing replacement, service and maintenance of laundry equipment, facilities and facilities shall be entrusted to the winning Bidder.
The contract length per laundry is 15 years (180 months).

The total estimated value of the Contract over 15 years is estimated at 80,000,000 million excl. VAT.
The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the award criterion "best price/quality ratio". Tenders will be assessed on the basis of the following sub-criteria and weighting:
- Price subcriteria - weights 50%
- Subcriteria Quality - weights 50%
