The assignment concerns setting up and maintaining the entire IT environment of Ultiem. This concerns all locations of Ultiem. For more information about the assignment, see appendix D1, current and desired situation.

It concerns an agreement for the duration of four fixed years. After these years, the Client has the option of extending the contract by one option year four times.
