I. Specification of the subject of the order

1. The subject of the order is: "Provision of the service consisting of the launch, management and comprehensive operation of the Piotrkowski Rower Miejski system in the years 2019-2022".

2. Launching 10 stations (including one seasonal) enabling the rental of bicycles located in the city of Piotrków Trybunalski, specified in Annex 3 to the draft contract.

3. Under the Object of the Contract, the Contractor shall launch the system called Piotrkowski City Bike and will provide the service for a period of 4 years, divided into four seasons:

a) from the deadline declared in the offer form to 31.10.2019;

b) from 1.4.2020 to 31.10.2020;

c) from 1.4.2021 to 31.10.2021;

d) from 1.4.2022 to 31.10.2022.

At the same time, the seasonal station in 2019 will operate until 30.9, while in other years from 1.6. up to 30.9.

4. Before signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Employer a copy of the current civil liability insurance policy to the extent consistent with § 10/11 of the draft contract.

The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
