This tender concerns a heat supply for a new district heating network developed in Niedercorn, the heat production will be based on wood pellets. The heat supplier will construct and finance the heat plant and will be responsible for its operation. The fuel supply and operation of the district heating network and heat transfer stations will be provided by the heat supplier. In a first phase, the heat production plant will have a power of 500 kW and should allow an increase in heat production capacity up to 999 kW.
