The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of residential property, including real estate on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of the Municipality of Łęczyca and the provision, equipment and operation of the selective collection point of municipal waste and collected at the Stationary Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste.

basic range:

(a) implementation - in a period of 12 months calculated from the date of signing the contract

(b) the forecast amount of collection of municipal waste - up to 2 192,00 Mg,

(c) the substitution and collection of bags and containers for construction and demolition waste from self-carried repairs and the development of such waste in a quantity of — 10 pcs of 1m3 debris bags, 10 pcs of rubble containers with a capacity of 5 m3

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the forecast amount of the basic order range up to 40%

A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account all requirements of the Contracting Authority is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the SWZ.

Contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to Article 108 (1) and Article 109 (1) (1.4) and (7) may apply for the award of the contract in question.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion, and fulfilling the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

1) Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320) of persons performing activities in the scope of:

• loading of waste,

• unloading of waste,

• drivers of vehicles transporting waste,

• office administration
