NUI Galway proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of two multi-party framework agreements as follows:

Lot 1 – Minor Building Works for NUI Galway (main campus and off-campus locations).

Lot 2 – Minor Building Works for Student Residences.

This tender relates to various minor building works projects throughout the NUI Galway main campus and off-campus locations listed below.

The works consist of a variety of construction works, including, but not limited to the following: Office refurbishment, Laboratory refurbishment (both research and teaching labs), Re-roofing projects, Works and/or repairs to external building fabrics, Fire safety improvement works, Demolition works, General building works,

Extensions and alterations to existing structures & infrastructure, Works to protected structures, Construction of new buildings.

This tender relates to various minor building works projects at Student Residences. The works consist of a variety of construction works, including, but not limited to the following: Office refurbishment, Bedroom Refurbishment, Bathroom Upgrades, Re-roofing projects, Works and/or repairs to external building fabrics, Fire safety improvement works, Demolition works, General building works, Extensions and alterations to existing structures & infrastructure, Construction of new buildings.
