The health platform wants to purchase an IT solution for service management. The system must be provided as a service.
The contracting authority wants tenders for a cloud-based IT solution for service management (the service management solution), a project for introduction of this and administration services during the contract period. HPAS will receive and process events from HPAS’ customer, residents and patients in the region, as well as their own employees, and will also have a need to provide information to these. For the case flow to be more efficient, the service management solution must be integrated with the actors and cooperating partners’ service management solutions. The service management solution will contribute to HPAS effectively providing support to the users of HPAS’ solutions and services. The service management solution will also contribute to streamlining HPAS’ management of the health platform.
The service management solution must be delivered as a service, and the contracting authority aims to cover both their existing and future needs within the service management area during the contract period through this procurement.

Helse Midt-Norge ved Hemit (the Central Norway Regional Health Authority c/o Hermit) participates in this procurement where they want an option (a possibility, but no obligation) to use the services by entering into a separate contract.
