The Trust is required to award a new contract for the cleaning service provision in order to deliver the high standards of cleaning and hygiene required in line with an increasing focus on demonstrating value for money. This contract is split into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Nottingham Academy and the Greenwood Academies Trust's Head Office.

Lot 2: Nottingham Girls Academy.

The contract is a 52 week a year contract and cleaning services are required Monday to Friday for 39 weeks term time plus periodic tasks as required during holiday periods. The Academies are closed for the Christmas period and these dates will need to be confirmed with the individual academy. The contract will begin on 1.4.2016 until 31.3.2019 with an option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods. TUPE will apply to this contract and it is your responsibility to understand the implications of the transfer of staff under this agreement.

This lots covers the 4 (Greenwood Road, Sneinton Boulevard, Ransom Drive and Mapperly Sports Village) of the Nottingham Academy. This lot also includes the cleaning of the small head office building in Colwick.
