1. The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of fermented, current, dehydrated (approx. 25% s.m.) of sewage sludge originating from the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Radom.
2. The total estimated amount of dewatered sewage sludge with a content of approx. 25% d.m.o. over 12 months is determined at approx. 13 500 Mg.
3. Loading of dehydrated sewage sludge will be carried out by the Contractor in his own right and at his own expense.
4. The Contractor will receive the sewage deposits in question by his own transport or at his own expense.
5. Reception of dehydrated sewage sludge will be carried out on an ongoing basis, i.e. according to the current production from the square for the temporary collection of sediments at the site of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Radom on a telephone or e-mail request.

3. Loading of dehydrated sewage sludge will be carried out by the Contractor in his own right and at his own expense.
4. The Contractor shall collect the sewage sludge in question by its own transport or at its own expense. The contractor should have an entry in the register with the registration number of entities introducing packaged products and managing waste in accordance with Article 50(1)(5) of the Act
Waste Directive. The contractor should have at its disposal appropriate means of transport, adapted to the transport of sludge on public roads, with a net load capacity to ensure the collection of sludge. Sludge should be transported in sealed trailers, semi-trailers or containers covered from the top
Tarpaulin. The Contractor should have appropriate technical equipment to load the sludge stored at the Sewage Treatment Plant. During the collection and transport of sludge, the Contractor will keep public roads and internal roads of the Sewage Treatment Plant clean on an ongoing basis.
After each collection of sludge, the Contractor will be obliged to clean and tidy up the manoeuvring yards, scales, washer, internal roads that were used during the execution of the order, at its own expense.
5. Reception of dehydrated sewage sludge will be carried out on an ongoing basis, i.e. according to the current production from the square for the temporary collection of sediments at the site of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Radom on a telephone or e-mail request.
6. The amount of waste will be confirmed each time on the waste transfer card generated in the BDO system, after weighing on weight. Weighing will be performed at the expense of the Ordering Party. In the event of a failure of the weight, the average weight of waste delivered by the vehicle in the previous month will be the basis for calculating the receivable.
7. The Ordering Party will supply only its own sewage deposits, i.e. coming from the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Radom with code 19 08 05, in accordance with the Waste Act of 14.12.2012.
8. The Ordering Party will supply up to 350 Mg of dehydrated sewage sludge per week, which will be systematically developed by the Contractor. The release of sediments will follow the schedule:
on Monday — up to approx. 150 Mg;
Tuesday to Friday — up to approx. 50 Mg per day.
9. Reception of dehydrated sewage sludge will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. In exceptional situations, sediment collection may take place on a Sunday or other statutory day (e.g. Saturday or on holiday days) from 8:00 to 14:00.
