Description:
Action “Perspective Job”

The aim of the advertised product is to achieve vocational integration into employment subject to social security contributions through activation, qualification and tailor-made support of the participants. Participants are employable beneficiaries according to the SGB II from EU countries as well as non-EU countries, which usually reside in the municipalities of Horn-Bad Meinberg (Lot 1) and Lage (Lot 2) and are not fully integrated into the labour market at the time of allocation.

Measure “Perspective Job” - (City of Horn)

The Jobcenter Lippes customer base is increasingly home to people with a migration biography (EU citizens and non-EU citizens). Many of these customers have never been employed on the German labour market subject to social security contributions or are engaged in “mini-jobs”. Lasting integration into the labour market is not successful - this is where the target group-specific, low-threshold measure comes in. The objectives are, in particular, the introduction of language services (outside the measure), but also the openness of participants to a liberal set of values, a strengthening of understanding of the German labour and social system with its rights and obligations and, in general, the ability to achieve a self-determined Participation in social life.

The aim is to achieve vocational integration into employment subject to social security contributions by activating, qualifying and tailor-made support for participants. 15 participant slots will be spelled out in 2 action runs at the locations of the city of Horn and the city of Lage. MN execution is complemented by a bounce clearing offer.

Each lot of the action shall be designed for a number of participants of 15 persons, plus clearing.

The aim of the action is to enable the participant through targeted, tailor-made support

— to recognise that the principle of support for jobseekers is on an equal footing with the principle of the requirement and that the beneficiary contributes to taking up employment or to extend a mini-job/midi job and to reduce or terminate the benefit

— to select suitable vacancies for his requirements

— to create individual, targeted application documents and to present yourself securely during job interviews,

— to prove themselves in operational testing,

— to achieve a successful transition to the general labour market into employment subject to social security contributions.
