1. The subject of the contract is to grant the Municipality of Biecz a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,934,760.00 in accordance with the will of the City Council in Biecz expressed in Resolution No. LII/368/2022 of 29 April 2022 for the purpose of repayment of previously taken loans and to finance the planned budget deficit.

2. The subject of the order is described in detail in SWZ and Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.

3. In order to enable the assessment of the financial situation, the Ordering Party submits the documents described in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4. All works should be carried out in accordance with the currently applicable statutory provisions and quality standards for financial services related to the granting of the loan.

5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the whole, including the course and timely performance of the contract, for quality, compliance with the conditions specified for the subject of the contract.

7. Due diligence shall be required in the performance of the contract, understood as the diligence of a professional in the activities covered by the subject of this contract.
