Renovasjonsetaten (REN) needs to enter into a contract for return bus transport services for pupils from schools in Oslo Municipality to SirkuLÆR. SirkuLÆR is REN's premises for school education, located in Haraldrudveien 20. The need mainly follows the academic year and is greatest in the period September-June, but there can also be a need outside this period. In addition, the contracting authority will have an option for bus transport services in Oslo and the Østland area for other departments in the agency.

The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms. See the requirement specifications in Annex 1 for further specifications.
