The subject of the contract shall be administered between 2022 and 2024 a toll parking zone on public roads located within Milicz city using parking machines (hereinafter referred to as the Zone or SPP). The operation of the Paid Parking Zone on the territory of Milicz city will be implemented in the Paid Parking Area established by the Milicz City Council, in accordance with the Resolution No. LII/271/2021 of the Milicz City Council of 5 August 2021 on the establishment of a paid parking zone, the arrangement of fees for parking of motor vehicles in the zone and how to collect them and the Pay Parking Area Regulations, as described in the Detailed Tasks and Activities of the Paid Parking Area Manager, constituting Annexes No 1 and 8 to the SWZ.

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the provision of services, on the terms and according to the guidelines indicated below:

(a) The Paid Parking Area includes 307 parking spaces, including 12 parking spaces designated for vehicles provided with a parking card referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 20 June 1997 — Traffic Law — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

(b) The Pay Parking Zone is located within the boundaries of the following public roads: Trzebnicka Street, Piłsudskiego Street, Wrocławska Street, Rynek, Działkowa Street, Krotoszyńska Street.

A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:

- Resolution No LII/271/2021 of the Milicz City Council of 5 August 2021 on the establishment of a paid parking zone, fixing charges for parking of motor vehicles in the zone and how to collect them — Annex 8 to SWZ.

- Pay Parking Zone Terms and Conditions - Annex 8 to SWZ.

- Detailed scope of tasks and activities of the Paid Parking Area manager — Annex 1 to SWZ.

- Designed provisions of the contract — Annex 5 to SWZ.
