Electricity and Gas OJEU Framework

Provision of a variety of tender procurement options in respect of non-half hourly, Half hourly and gas supplies via a Framework Agreement against which any contracting authority as defined under “The Public Contracts Regulations 2015” is entitled to call-off against. A copy of this can be obtained from the contact point specified in Section 1 of this notice. The utilities will be split into 6 separate lots. NHH Fixed, NHH Flex, HH Fixed, HH Flex, Gas Fixed and Gas Flex.
