Delivery of a Dynamic Passenger Information System (DFI).

As part of the funding project Digital Mobility Innovations in Freyung-Grafenau (DiMoFRG), the Verkehrsgemeinschaft Landkreis Freyung-Grafenau (VLFRG GbR) is striving for the introduction of single-sided and double-sided TFT displays for stationary passenger information (Dynamic Passenger Information (DFI)) including digital announcement devices. This includes the display hardware and software, masts and suspensions as well as communication components for connection to the frgmobil content management system. In the district of Freyung-Grafenau, a content management system from BitCtrl Systems GmbH is used.

The project includes the commissioning of a supplier for the delivery of a total of 25 TFT-DFI displays including digital announcement devices. 7 TFT DFI indicators must be supplied as steles (single-sided TFT DFI display) and 18 TFT DFI indicators as hanging overhead indicators (double-sided TFT DFI display).

Of these 17 DFI overhead indicators, 8 are required to be mounted on a pole.
