This consultation is dealt with by the CH of Blois, the support institution of the IGHT 41. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. It will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The framework agreement will result in the conclusion of contracts after the fortnight, the treatment of which will be centralized by the territorial unit of the markets of the CH of Blois.
