1. The subject of the order is “Receipt and development of stabilized sewage sludge code 19 08 05 from the Wastewater Treatment Plant Centralna, Miechowice, Bobrek”.
2. The Contracting Authority authorises the following development processes:
(a) R1 mainly use as fuel or other means of power generation,
(b) R3 recycling or recovery of organic substances which are not used as solvents (including composting and other biological conversions),
(c) R10 ground surface treatment benefiting agriculture or improving the environmental status and types of waste authorised for such recovery and disposal,
d) D10 thermal conversion.

3. The minimum amount of sludge for receipt and use within the framework of the service is defined in the contract template (Annex 8 to SWZ) and represents the minimum scope of the contract which the contractor is guaranteed to fulfil. The maximum amount of sludge for lunch and development as set out in Annex 8 to SWZ shall be defined by the right of options within the meaning of Article 441 pzp reserved for the Contracting Authority, which shall be carried out under the terms set out in the model contract. The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the fulfillment of the order to the extent specified by the maximum amount of sludge for collection and development.
