Mechanical and engineering services, planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for Bournemouth and Poole College and its satelitte sites. There are 2 main sites at Lansdowne in Bournemouth and North Road Poole, with a further 3 satellite sites in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

Mechanical services refers to heating (mainly low pressure hot water systems), ventilation, natural gas, heating oil, H&V controls, hot and cold water systems, all electrical systems, including internal and external emergency lighting.
