The purpose of this consultation is to entrust its holder with energy management, operation-maintenance and (re) construction with design of public lighting installations located in the town of Fort-de-France. - firm phase over two years planned for the renovation of nearly 9,000 light points (G1 energy management of the related metering, G3, G4);
