Examination of the economic performance of repayment obligations up to the preparation of drafts for decisions to be made and deferral agreements concluded by ILB within the framework of recovery management in the Corona special programmes.

For partial tasks of reclamation management in the Corona special programs, the ILB requires expert support from an external service provider as a so-called administrative assistant.

The processing requires in detail:

- Recording of master and recovery data of repayment debtors who have submitted a deferral/installment payment request.

- Substantive examination of whether the person obliged to repay is currently in economic difficulties that justifies a deferral. These include in particular. the request for relevant business documents (annual financial statements, business evaluations, income surplus accounts, liquidity plan, house bank declaration) as well as self-disclosures and income tax returns/notices for natural persons.

- the request for documents as well as clarification of ambiguities and open questions.

- Presentation of the master and recovery data, the repayment proposal and the audit result in a draft for a decision template in MS-Wors format.

- Preparation of a draft deferral agreement in MS Word format.
