Description:
Delivery of brake linings II

The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new disc brake linings for electric multiple units of the EN76 series produced by PESA Bydgoszcz, in the number of 2,000 sets, the supply of brand new disc brake linings for double-deck wagons type Bpz and ABpbdzf produced by Bombardier, in the number of 3,200 sets and the delivery of brand new disc brake linings for E583PL type EU47 series locomotives manufactured by Bombardier, in the number of 400 sets. One set of linings consists of 2 brake linings – right and left.

Delivery of brake linings II

1. The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 1 is the supply of disc brake linings type COFREN FRENDO SP201/320 SI Fig. C112595/24115 or equivalent for use in the EN76 series EMUs produced by PESA Bydgoszcz, in the number of 2,000 sets. Equivalent linings must be approved for use in the above vehicle type.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract:

1) is of the highest quality and meets the requirements contained in the UIC 541-3 card,

2) had a UIC Certificate, in accordance with UIC 541-3, issued for the offered type of brake lining and remaining valid on the day of submitting the offer,

3) had a Technical Drawing of the offered type of brake lining, covering the entire set, i.e. both right and left lining,

4) had a Product Card, taking into account the basic technical parameters of the offered brake linings.

3. A detailed description, scope, requirements and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ.

4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, which refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority allows the use of solutions equivalent to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated in the SWZ and annexes if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. If equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the offered technical parameters in relation to the subject of the contract. The contractor shall prove in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.

5. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to grant at least a 12-month quality guarantee for the subject of the contract, counting from the date of signing the delivery document by the Ordering Party's representative.

6. The contracting authority requests the submission of the evidence referred to in point 2 points 2-4, in point 4 (if applicable). If the Contractor does not submit the evidence in question or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 107(2) of the PPL, shall call upon the Contractor to submit or supplement the evidence referred to in point 2(2)-(4), in point 4 (if applicable).

Equivalent linings must be approved for use in the above vehicle type.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract:

1) is of the highest quality and meets the requirements contained in the UIC 541-3 card,
