The target of the procurement is aggregates used for municipal engineering construction and maintenance.

The procurement is divided into 9 parts as follows:

PART 1: KaM 0-11 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 2: KaM 0-16 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 3: KaM 0-31 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 4: KaM 0-56 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 5: KaM 0-90 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 6: KaM 0 -120 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 7: KaM 0-150 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 8: Sand 0-8 mm incl. loading (VAT 0%)

PART 9: Sanding ballast KaM 3-6 mm incl. delivery and loading (VAT 0%)

The aggregates offered must meet the general quality requirements for infrastructure construction (Infra RYL 2023/1, standard SFS-EN 13242).

Partial tenders shall be accepted in such a way that the tenderer may offer one or more lots.

SECTIONS 1-8:

All companies that have submitted an offer in accordance with the invitation to tender shall be selected as Suppliers for the Client. The Client picks up the aggregate from the location indicated by the Supplier. The Supplier is responsible for the loading and the Customer for the transport costs.

During the Contract Period, the Client orders aggregates from the Suppliers so that the aggregate is ordered on a case-by-order basis from the most economically advantageous Supplier. The Client has the right to take into account the Client's needs, for example. based on the necessary resources and schedule, as well as the distance of transportation (the total cost of the order).

During the contract period, the overall economic advantage of the order is formed by the Client calculating the most economically advantageous aggregate for the Customer by work site (order) using the following formula: "The unit price of the aggregate offered by the supplier (including loading) € / tonne + transport price 0-5 km (2.10 €/tonne) + possible ascent fee for kilometers exceeding 5 km (0.23 €/km)". The transport price in the formula and the possible ascent fee for kilometers exceeding 5 km is theoretical and is not actually charged.

The Customer may request individual contract tenders from the Suppliers for construction projects exceeding 2000 tonnes. In this case, the Client requests a contract offer from all parties. part of the Contract Suppliers and selects the most economically advantageous supplier for the order.

SECTION 9: One Supplier is selected for the Client.

In the case of gritting ballast, the unit price is delivered to the City of Nokia's debarking plant at Lintuniementie 3, 37120 NOKIA (TOP Finnterms 2001).

Orders must be delivered within 5 working days of ordering.
