The invitation to tender applies to the delivery of mobile fixtures for a completely renovated school (1st to 10th year + 1st year sixth form education) in Lebesby municipality

The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 2,500.000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority reserves the right to further agree / specify the delivery date on the inventory of the school. This will be relevant if the turnkey contractor for the renovation is delayed in its process.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period will be valid from and including 2022-12-12.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
