The subject of the Order is:

a. provision of physical protection and supervision services in facilities, buildings and rooms used by the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow and in the area adjacent to them (green areas, paved areas, parking lots),

b. provision of internal and external cleaning services (including maintenance of green areas) in the buildings of the Małopolska Voivodeship Office in Krakow.

The services have been divided in the following areas:

a. protection

b. cleaning services

The subject of the Order is:

a. provision of physical protection and supervision services in facilities, buildings and rooms used by the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow and in the area adjacent to them (green areas, paved areas, parking lots),

b. provision of internal and external cleaning services (including maintenance of green areas) in the buildings of the Małopolska Voivodeship Office in Krakow.

The services have been divided in the following areas:

a. protection:

- performing the service of physical protection (supervision) of property and persons staying in the facilities,

- round-the-clock supervision of the adjacent area (green areas, paved areas, parking lots),

- round-the-clock provision of concierge services,

- supervising facilities via CCTV video monitoring and protection of employees, tenants and customers along with intervention,

b. cleaning services:

- material scope of internal and external cleaning of buildings and green areas, including the performance of economic works – basic (obligatory) scope,

- material scope of optional (additional) works, including on behalf of electrical and hydraulic services - non-obligatory additional scope.

The subject of the contract in part I are services related to the location of Krakow - a complex of buildings Basztowa22/Worcella 7, Szlak 73a, Półłanki 78:

1) the basztowa 22/Worcella 7 building complex, which is the headquarters of muW, is located in Krakow at 22 Basztowa Street and 7 Worcella Street. In the building there is a representative part: the offices of the Voivode, Vice-Voivodes and the General Director of the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow. This building is also the seat of a part of the Marshal's Office of the Malopolska Region (UMWM) with the offices of the Marshal, Vice Marshals and the Board of the Malopolska Region. The entire building is subject to protection, supervision and external cleaning, while the part belonging to the UMWM is excluded from internal cleaning.

2) the building at 73a Szlak Street is a new, five-storey building (including one underground storey), covered with a flat roof. External facades designed as a combination of glazing and elements made of natural stone, architectural concrete and steel elements. In the southern part of the roof of the building there is a terrace. The terrace is finished in floating floor technology, finished with stone slabs laid on a stone ballast, fully secured with a balustrade with a height of 115 cm. The building is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Access to the building directly from ground level, without entrance stairs. Access to all floors, including the roof terrace, by means of a passenger lift. A building under access control. Sliding entrance gate, opening towards the west. Fenced area. Some of the parking spaces are paved and some are covered with small stones. The building is subject to surveillance by means of CCTV monitoring installed at the concierge at 22 Basztowa Street.

3) the building at 78 Półłanki Street consists of two parts: an office building + a warehouse hall and a building of the State Fisheries Guard (PSR). Basic cleaning includes office rooms of MUW PSR employees. The building is subject to surveillance by means of CCTV monitoring installed at the concierge at 22 Basztowa Street.

The amount intended to finance the contract in part II And:

- basic order: PLN 3,584,416.80 gross

- order consisting in the repetition of similar services: PLN 1,075,325.04 gross

TOTAL PLN 4,659,741.84 gross

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to swz – model contract with attachment – description of the subject of the contract "Detailed list of activities included in the scope of services together with a description of objects, buildings and premises of the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow" (OPZ) for all parts of the contract.

The subject of the contract in part II are services regarding the location of Krakow: buildings at 9-11 St. Sebastiana Street.

The buildings located at 9-11 St. Sebastian Street are a complex of two buildings connected to each other. In addition to office rooms, it has two rooms for the reception of petitioners submitting passport applications (building at 11 St. Sebastian Street) and issuing passports (building at St. Sebastian 9). In the outbuilding there is a garden, the entrance to which is possible through the area of the Museum of Natural History ISEZ PAN, belonging to the MUW and requires the Contractor to care about twice a year.

The amount intended to finance the contract in part II II:

- basic order: PLN 1,063,868.94 gross

- order consisting in the repetition of similar services: PLN 106,386.89 gross

TOTAL PLN 1,170,255.83 gross
