The assignment concerns the provision of engineering services with regard to the living environment. This command is divided into:

Lot 1.  Plan preparation, elaboration, project execution on a hiring basis;

Lot 2.  Consultancy products on a project basis.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to conclude one framework agreement with 3 contractors for the benefit of lot 1: Plan preparation, elaboration, project execution on a hiring basis and one framework agreement with 3 contractors for lot 2 Consultancy products on a project basis.

Lot 1 concerns engineering services on a hiring basis that are carried out by and contribute to the activities and developments of the Ministry of Defence in the living environment in relation to planning and projects. The Ministry of Defence itself does not have sufficient capacity for these activities, which it intends to expand by hiring the following functions:

Lot 2 concerns assignments through result obligation in the field of engineering services focused on the fields of spatial planning, environmental permits and living environment. These are assignments on a project basis in which, among other things, the following products can be requested:

Integrated planning products and associated studies;

Products for licensing;

Products for land acquisition;

Environmental Impact Assessments;

Variant studies and plan development for new construction renovation and replacement projects;

Ecological research (including preliminary test, appropriate assessment and possibly ADC test);

Soil testing;

Archaeological research;

Climate;

Energy;

Participation;

Geo-analyses;

Creating map material;

Products for spatial procedures such as spatial planning plans and project decisions;
