Sola municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of consultant

engineers, electro. The objective of the agreement is to ensure the contracting authority's continuous

requirements for consultancy related to minor projects. Larger projects where the

total budget frame exceeds 20 000 000 NOK the contracting authority reserves the right to

implement separate tender contests.

The framework agreements will be for one year, with an option for the contracting authority to

extend them for a further 1+1+1 years, total four years. The options will be

automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest 3 months

before the contract or option year expires.

The agreement is expected to be initiated 2.9.2016.
