The assignment concerns the equipping of the urban recycling park, as well as related activities with regard to selective collection and recovery.
The works and services that are the subject of this contract mainly consist of making containers available, transporting and recovering the collected fractions through recovery.
Processing is understood here to mean the recovery of the selected fractions and the removal of the non-recoverable fractions. Any residual waste (non-recoverable fraction) must be transported to a regulatory processing unit.
The assignment includes leasing containers to the Herentals City for the collection of waste, transporting the full containers from the recycling park to a licensed facility for emptying and processing waste and returning the empty containers to the recycling park.
