1. The object of the order is the delivery of automatic plasmapheresis and cytapheresis kits along with the lease of equipment.

2. The Ordering Party divided the object of the order into 4 parts, hereinafter referred to as “packages”.

3. Detailed description and quantities of the item of the order include Annexes No 2 to 2C to SWZ.

Package I: auto-plasmapheresis collection kits of 20,000 units with necessary accessories — dialysis needles of 20 000 units with the lease of plasma separators dedicated to the ordered sets in the amount of 6 pieces for a period of 30 months from install.

Package II: UKKP collection kits by automatic thrombaferesis in the amount of 1,500 pieces, kits for therapeutic plasma replacement of 150 pieces and 2j collection kits. KKCz by automatic erythroapheresis in the amount of 40 pieces together with SAG-M fluid, on MCS+ separators held by the Ordering Party.

Stem cell collection kits from peripheral blood in the amount of 120 pieces, granulocytic concentrate collection kits with an adapter for connecting an anticoagulant in the amount of 48 pieces, automatic bone marrow cleaning kits in the amount of 6 pieces including ACD-A fluid in the amount of 174 pieces, to Spectra Optia separators held by the Ordering Party for a period of 30 mies.

4) Sets for the collection of ubogoleucocytic platelet blood cell concentrate (UKKP) or ubogoleucocytic platelet blood cell concentrate (UKKP) in an enrichment solution of 1,000 units together with the lease of cellular separators dedicated to the ordered sets in the amount of 2 pieces and liquids for the procedure for downloading UKKP in the amount of 1,000 units for a period of 30 mies.
