"Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Sulmierzyce commune"The subject of the Order is:
1) equipping (supplying) the owners of properties where residents live with containers for non-segregated (mixed) waste and containers for separately collected waste (separately a container for glass, a bag for paper and cardboard, a container for metals, plastics and multi-material waste, a container for bio-waste, a container for ash), by 01.01.2024. (report on the equipment of containers referred to in Ad I.I) a detailed description of the subject of the contract by 04.01.2024),
2) preparation and delivery to each property where residents live a waste collection schedule by 02.01.2024. (schedule for the duration of the contract),
3) collection of municipal waste collected in bags and emptying containers of municipal waste and their management in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024 under the conditions set out in the Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract,
4) PSZOK is run independently by the Municipality of Sulmierzyce, which entrusts the contractor with the organization (i.e. providing an employee who, together with an authorized representative of the Contracting Authority, will collect the delivered waste by the owners of inhabited properties). The Contractor's tasks include ensuring that the PSZOK is equipped with containers and waste containers until 02.01.2024. and collection and management of waste from PSZOK in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024
5) The expected maximum amount of waste estimated by the Contracting Authority is 1224.57 Mg. The Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum amount of the service is 612 Mg.
"Collection and management of sewage waste and sludge"The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste from the cleaning of squares and streets, waste from containers located at buildings belonging to the Contracting Authority, waste collected at sewage treatment plants (screenings waste, sand waste), sewage sludge and waste from the liquidation of municipal property included in the records kept at the municipal property management station in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024
The expected maximum amount of waste estimated by the Contracting Authority is 236.6 Mg. The Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum amount of the service is 118 Mg.
