The Municipality of Chavannes-près-Renens wishes to provide a single service provider with the roofs of several municipal buildings. The service provider will be responsible for designing, financing and installing the photovoltaic installations, operating them, maintaining them and supplying the Municipality of Chavannes-près-Renens with all or part of the electrical energy produced by them, for self-consumption purposes at the place of production, without transiting through the DSO distribution network in compliance with the conditions relating to own consumption set out in federal law.
