The commissioning of post-project planning tasks is conditional and is confirmed separately. The Client may, for a justified reason, refrain from ordering tasks to be confirmed by an order letter. These reasons include, for example, the project has to be interrupted, during project planning the client has had to complain to the consultant about matters related to the performance of tasks. If the client does not end up ordering tasks after project planning, the tenderer is not entitled to compensation for anything other than the part paid in accordance with the order.
