Galileo Second Generation IOV Security Monitorig (G2G IOV SECMON)

As part of the overall Galileo 2nd Generation In Orbit Validation Ground Segment (G2G IOV Ground Segment), the G2G IOV security monitoring has as main purpose the delivery of the relevant security monitoring capabilities.

As part of the overall Galileo 2nd generation In Orbit Validation Ground Segment (G2G IOV Ground Segment), the G2G IOV security monitoring has as main purpose the delivery of the relevant security monitoring capabilities as an upgrade of the Galileo SECMON infrastructure in order to contribute to the following two version of the system:

— a first version supporting the LEOP, IOT and operations of up to two new families of Galileo Second Generation batch#1 (G2SB1) satellites, with the first launch planned in November 2024. This version will include new capabilities (satellite events) and design analysis for expansion to other programmes;

— a second version for the provision of legacy services, early versions of G2 system capabilities and overall G2G In Orbit Validation activities.

Options will be included in this procurement (as part of stage 2), involving in particular deployment and maintenance.
