All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Development Contractor Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 111-270743. Yorkshire Housing sought to appoint a Contractor via the Procurement Hub Development Contractors DPS to undertake the design and construction. This procurement is being conducted in full accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations”). The project was to design, construction and handover of 58Nr new domestic dwellings together with site preparation, mains drainage, utility installations as well as associated external works and landscaping. .
