The aim of the assignment is to prevent growth and the slippage of Eindhoven youth into undermining crime. In order to support young people in making the right choices and to work towards a sustainable future, the municipality of Eindhoven intends to purchase individual guidance for young people who are at risk of slipping or growing into undermining crime. For this we wish to contract three parties who can carry out intensive coaching and guidance processes for several hours per week. These trajectories are tailor-made for the resilience of young people against criminal temptations and focus (preferably) not only on the young people, but also on the entire system around them (including family). The guidance is specialized on vulnerable young people who for the most part already have one foot in (subversive) crime.

Preventing them from doing so, by building a relationship of trust, offering perspective and helping to resist the temptations of subversive crime is the aim of the guidance. In principle, the young people in guidance generally do not have their own request for help, the specialism offered with this guidance therefore focuses on jointly formulating goals for the young person and building a relationship of trust with which we can work together towards a sustainable solution to the problem.
