This procurement refers to agreements for the service Servicedesk, 1st line support in the area of IT for delivery to Kumla municipality. Servicedesk shall act as a contact point for the customer's users and be able to receive cases by phone, email and through the Customer's case management system (Service Portal) and there handle, for example, error reporting, support and orders. The goal is to sign an agreement with one (1) supplier.
