L-Bank is the promotional institution of the state of Baden-Württemberg. Their business activities are governed by the legal mandate to support the country in the performance of its public tasks, in particular in the areas of structural, economic and social policy, while implementing promotional measures in accordance with The State aid rules of the European Union.

The subject of the present award procedure is the procurement of a cloud-based application platform.

The award is made in two lots:

Lot 1 - Provision of an application platform

Lot 2 - Cloud hosting of an application platform

Subject matter of the services of Lot 2: see "Appendix 2 - Overview of service content"

The contracts with the respective best bidder are concluded in German. Individual annexes to the contract may also be available in English.

The start of the contract and service is scheduled for 01.03.2024. The services are expected to be provided for at least five years. Due to the fact that the catalogue of measures has not yet been finalised, we reserve the right to extend the contract.
