Tenders are invited to:

— Review our regional delivery operations in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the approaches in the four regions, including discussions with stakeholders;

— Identify if a dedicated regional delivery function aids the efficient delivery of the Seafish Corporate Plan and/or enhances the reputation of Seafish and the services provided by Seafish in the regions;

— Address the fundamental question: 'is there a need for regional delivery staff?' and, if so 'are current staffing and budgetary levels sufficient?';

— Assess the alignment of our regional work with the policies of each Administration and make recommendations for improved alignment;

— Make recommendations on how Seafish can best present regionally delivered work to regional stakeholders;

— Make recommendations on the structure of a revised Seafish regional delivery on a UK wide basis as well as in the constituent regions.
