The two school buildings “Alemannen- Realschule” are located in a school complex with several school buildings and school types (denoted in the overview drawing as “Alemannenrealschule” /component A+B”):

The Alemanni secondary school in Müllheim consists of two buildings - Building A, which is subsequently referred to as South Building and Building B, which is hereinafter referred to as North Building.

The north building was approved in 1968 and the south building in 1973 and built in succession.

The two buildings are connected to each other on the first floor via a connecting passage.

On the 2nd floor, the south building is connected to the Markgräfler Gymnasium via a closed corridor.

All three buildings - north, south building and Markgräfler - grammar school are independent fire protection areas with internal escape and rescue routes.

The north and south buildings consist of a basement (partially basement), a ground floor and two upper floors.

The North building is a reinforced concrete frame construction, mostly prefabricated. The floors in the North building are

Reinforced concrete ribbed ceilings (in the ceiling above ground floor, partly flat ceiling).

The Südbau is a reinforced concrete skeleton, mostly prefabricated. The floors in the south building are

hollow slabs.

The work will be carried out in around 26 construction phases during general school operations and during the school holidays. Total construction time for main services (without preliminary measures, etc.) 2021 to 2025.

Both buildings - north and south buildings - have escape balconies with spindle staircases on the first and second floors via which the second necessary escape route is secured according to §15 paragraph 3 of LBO Baden-Württemberg.

Two spiral staircases lead in the north building and three spiral staircases in the south building lead from the escape balconies to the surrounding area.

A passenger elevator is to be installed in an existing elevator shaft in the south-facing building, previously without an elevator.

Four stops will be set up.

Access to the buildings on the ground floor is at ground level.

Only limited areas are available as construction site equipment, which are delimited with a site fence.

The corresponding areas are shown in a building site facility plan in a separate annex.

The same applies to any parking and unloading zones.

It is strongly recommended to take a look at the construction site before submitting an offer!!
