Stranmillis University College (the University College) has established the need to procure a Timetabling Management Software Package. This will help to facilitate the efficient production of numerous timetables throughout the different programmes and provide the College with useful management information statistics. The Service Commencement Date may allow an implementation period with College-specific configuration of not more than 3 months after the contract commencement date. The licensing, support and maintenance will run for an initial period of four (4) years from the Service Commencement date with three (3) optional extension periods of one (1) year each. All optional extensions will be subject to review and satisfactory performance assessment.
