The subject of the contract is a successive waste collection and management service with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 (oversited fraction) in an amount of 6 000 Mg/yr. 1. waste resulting from mechanical treatment of municipal waste, on a sieve with a mesh size of 80 mm (overset fraction) and undergoing manual sorting process.
a. Waste is subjected to magnetic separation.
b. Waste is compressed (waste from the prasokontenera).
c. Waste storage sites are covered.
2. Mixed municipal waste and waste from selective municipal waste collection are processed on the sorting line at separate technology hubs.
Duration of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until the quantitative range is exhausted, however, not longer than 31 December 2022
The subject of the order is a successive waste collection and management service with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 (oversited fraction) in an amount of 6,000 Mg/year.
Order description:
1. Public procurement is covered by waste resulting from mechanical treatment of municipal waste, 80 mm mesh size (overset fraction) and undergoing manual sorting process.
a. Waste is subjected to magnetic separation.
b. Waste is compressed (waste from the prasokontenera).
c. Waste storage sites are covered.
2. Mixed municipal waste and waste from selective municipal waste collection are processed on the sorting line at separate technology hubs.
3. Transport of waste on the Contractor's side, at his expense, including in terms of transport costs, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading.
4. The Ordering Party has six pressoconters: Model PC 6500, capacity 32 m3, for press (desktop compact) model KPHS 1900.
5. The Contracting Authority allows partial collection of waste by self-loading cars. In this case, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of collecting waste in bulk.
6. As of the second quarter of 2022, the Contracting Authority authorises the collection of waste in baled form.
7. The Contractor is obliged to arrange the collection of waste in a way that ensures the continuity of the operation of the sorting line or to provide additional pressocontenery in the quantity of ensuring continuity of work on the sorting line Estimated amount of waste generated in one working day: approx. 60 Mg.
8. Implementation of the service on working days during the operation hours of the Department.
9. Total specified by the Contracting Authority: the amount of waste to be used during the duration of the contract, the daily amount of waste generated on the sorting line and the monthly amount of waste transferred to the development may be increased or reduced by a maximum of 20%.
10. Where the amount of waste delivered during the term of the contract is less than the quantity shown in the description, the Contracting Authority shall have the right to withdraw from the further supply of waste without any financial consequences and compensation to the Contractor.
11. The Contracting Authority stipulates that, in view of the direct production of waste ex 19 12 12 from municipal waste supplied on an ongoing basis, there is no possibility to determine the quantitative, qualitative and morphological parameters guaranteed by the Contractor under of the present order. Therefore, the Contractor cannot assert any claim from the Contracting Authority in this respect. It is recommended that the Contractor prior to the submission of the tender, make an inspection of the waste subject to the contract at the premises of the Ordering Party on working days between 700 and 1500 after the prior appointment of the deadline with the Ordering Party.
12. Weighing of waste will take place on the legitimate weight of the Ordering Party and will be confirmed by each time by weight and waste transfer card generated by the so-called BDO ICT system. The document will form the basis for the issuance of the invoice by the Contractor.
13. The Contracting Authority will be required to draw up an electronic waste transfer card in the BDO system in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, i.e.), and the Contractor will be obliged to confirm it at the time of seizure of the waste.
14. The Contractor shall accept the waste from the Contracting Authority in a successive manner consistent with the needs of the Contracting Authority.
15. The Contractor shall guarantee the collection and acceptance of waste at least 600 Mg/m-c.
16. At the time of transfer of waste by the Contractor to the Contractor, the Contractor shall assume responsibility for and due handling of the waste and the effects thereof.
17. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with written information on the method of handling the received waste.
