The subject of the contract is the management of all municipal waste from property owners residing in the Chmielno Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Kożyczkowo. 4. The order should be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519) and the resolution of the Chmielno Commune Council on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Chmielno Commune and the Resolutions of the Chmielno Commune Council on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.

The municipality has a mixed system, i.e. bag and container collection of municipal waste.

The level of recycling and preparation for re-use of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, as well as the level of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other non-hazardous methods of construction and demolition waste meeting the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2021. 1530).

The weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is limited to the amount specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412)

When drawing up the tender, the contractor must take into account all costs related to the processing and storage of this waste.

The remuneration will be paid in parts. The settlement for the execution of the order will be made on the basis of monthly invoices after the Ordering Party receives the weighing system report from the Contractor. The remuneration shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Contractor on the invoice within the time limit indicated in the invoice in accordance with the date indicated in the offer form, counting from the date of receipt by the Ordering Party of a correctly issued invoice.

The offer should include a price covering the entire scope of the subject of the contract resulting from this description, taking into account the provisions of the SWZ and the conditions of implementation specified in the draft contract attached to the SWZ. The contractor must exercise special care when estimating the value of the contract, taking into account the provisions of these documents constituting the tender documentation.

The Ordering Party does not provide for any prepayments or advances for the implementation of the subject of the contract, and the payment will be made in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract attached to the SWZ
