Award of a framework agreement for the web relaunch as well as the further development, maintenance and support of the Reutlingen University websites.
The website was last revised - from the going live of the central website (roof page) to going live on the last faculty website - 6 to nine years ago. Since then, the usage habits of the target group (s) and the requirements for a website have changed. Even if adjustments have been made to the internet presence again and again in recent years, a fundamental redesign and restructuring is now necessary. The new website of Reutlingen University and the websites of the faculties should do justice to technical developments and address and inform the target group (s).
In a two-stage process, a partner is to be found who will accompany the web relaunch process in close cooperation with the university.
The design, the content and the structure of the website should be tailored to the main target group of prospective students. The main goal of the web relaunch is the optimal usability of the website with mobile devices, especially with smartphones and tablets. An attractive and clear presentation of the study opportunities at Reutlingen University or its faculties is of particular importance.
The relaunch begins in the first step with the website of the ESB Business School faculty as a pilot and the central pages of Reutlingen University. If, in addition to the project team, the decision-makers for the websites of the faculties are also satisfied with the result of the first step, the websites of other faculties will be redesigned on the basis of the developed screen design and the information architecture.
In addition to the relaunch of the websites, the scope of services of the framework agreement also includes the further development, maintenance and support of the websites during operation.
For the implementation of the web relaunch (roof page, pilot ESB Business School and the 4 other faculty pages including their project websites) according to the final service description, a total budget of up to 145,000 EUR net (depending on the scope of services) is planned. Additional funds are available for maintenance and support services.
