This tender is to identify a ticketing partner to work alongside Alexandra Palace and addresses the sale of tickets in the following areas;

— All major events;

— Online Ice Rink tickets;

— All ticketed in-house events;

— Online Tickets for future attraction opening in April 2018.

The ticketing partner shall support Alexandra Palace's fund-raising activities.

The ticketing partner will share customer data to assist Alexandra Palace's marketing campaigns and audience reach.
