The Norwegian Industrial Property Office would like to enter into a framework agreement for the development of a new publication system for the Norwegian Industrial Property Office's internet services. We would like to enter into a Development and Adaptation Contract under the framework agreement for the delivery and development of a publication system and a new internet site for the Norwegian Industrial Property Office. In addition we would like to enter into a support and maintenance contract and an assistance contract, as well as a licence contract.
