Tender for the award of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraphs 1 and 3, for the performance of the porterage service in general, as well as moving and handling of furnishings, equipment and materials, barriers and tools for the needs of offices and municipal services and on the occasion of events and events. All as better specified in the tender performance specifications.

Framework agreement with a single operator for the execution, through application contracts / service orders, of the following types of services (list for example):

• handling of furniture, including dismantling, packaging and assembly of furniture whose dimensions do not allow transport;

• handling of computer equipment such as computers, printers and photocopiers, etc.;

• dismantling of partition walls and mounting them in the rooms indicated;

• transport and placement of barriers, chairs and tables, furnishings, platforms and anything else needed for events and events;

• arrangement of the warehouse and storage of furniture and equipment for the "out of use";

• collection, transport and unloading of clearing materials (furniture, paper, cardboard, special waste and similar to urban waste, etc.) at suitable authorized disposal plants, identified independently, with the issue of a report of destruction as per the model that will be delivered to the economic operator at the time of ordering the service. In the case of disposal, the relative cost must be communicated in advance to the municipal administration for authorization to proceed;

• free provision of complementary material to the correct execution of the service such as, by way of example, cardboard for packaging without prejudice to that material that for operational needs will remain in the property of the Administration (eg: cartons containing material then stored in the premises of the Institution). In this case, the costs must be counted if necessary and highlighted in the cost estimate.
