Framework Agreement — Facility Management Services in Oslo
The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier of facility management services (hereafter called FM) for the premises at Karl Johans gate 7 (second-fourth floor) in Oslo. The premises are a total of 2 900 m2 and appear to be modern and well maintained. The FM contract will over the contracting authority's need for property management, operation of the premises and post services. This contract may also include any minor changes and remodelling work in the specified premises within the overall financial framework for this contract. Any major renovations and reconstruction projects will be announced in a separate tender as needed. For a more detailed description of the assignment see Annex A Requirement specification.
