The competition is for ordinary municipal loans (debenture loans) for Askvoll, Førde, Naustdal, Luster, Vik, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Jølster, Flora, Balestrand and Sogndal municipalities, later called the contracting authority. The procurement will also include any refinancing of existing debenture loans and refinancing of loans in the bonds and certificate market.

The contracting authority intends to enter into framework agreements with up to five (5) service providers.

The framework agreement service providers will be seen as the chosen service providers.

The call-offs / loans shall be carried out after a ‘mini competition’ between the framework agreement service providers, where the choice of service provider will be based on the price of the loan (effective interest rate).
