The Norwegian Police Shared Services (henceforth also referred to as PFT) shall enter into a consultancy agreement with up to two providers of consultancy services in connection with culture and manager development for PFT.

Consultancy on group management level/manager level. The assignment shall be implemented by a consultant with minimum 8 years' experience for group management/manager level.

Consultancy on operative level/management on operation team level.

The service shall be provided by a consultant with minimum 8 years experience from operative operations/management of operation teams.
