The subject of the order is the maintenance of green space decorated in the park and recreation areas of Wieliczka Municipality in 2022. :

- Adam Mickiewicz Park, plots no.: 227/3, 119/5 rpm 1 Wieliczka

- Slope under Baran, plots no.: 1246/17,1246/18, 1246/4, 1247 rpm 1 Wieliczka.

- Recreation area in Brzegi plot no. 455/2 rev. The banks.

1. Part 1 - Adam Mickiewicz Park, plots no.: 227/3, 119/5 rpm 1 Wieliczka:

a) maintaining cleanliness together with the removal of announcements and inscriptions from places not intended for it - 60 912 m2; trash cans - 12 pcs.

b) lawn care (mowing, raking) - 54 586 m2

c) care of shrubs and trees - 54 586 m2

d) raking and exporting leaves - 60 912 m2

e) maintenance of pedestrian tract, stairs - 6 326 m2

f) snow removal of pedestrian tract, stairs - 6 326 m2;

g) snow removal of benches - 21 pcs.

3. Additional requirements: urgent intervention work must be carried out promptly also in the afternoon and on non-working days, the Contractor shall bear all liability for accidents occurring in the land maintained by him and resulting from failure to fulfill his duties, the contractor secures the area of works and provides security conditions at its own expense, the Contractor in the case of intervention of the municipal cleanup services (Police, City Guard) each time is liable for the improper performance of the task.

5.1) The Contractor shall be responsible (due to the work carried out) for the safety of its employees and other persons within the work carried out.

5.2) The Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous in this proceeding to hold paid liability insurance in the scope of the business involved in the subject of the contract throughout the period of completion of the contract minimum PLN 30 000,00 (regardless of the part for which its offer is chosen).

6. The execution of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the law of 23 April 1964.
